US CARRIER DEVELOPMENT REP
Location: Brentwood, TN
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and secure qualified carriers for freight services

Maintain relationships with qualified carriers
-
Plan and coordinate pick-up and delivery schedules
-
Work with shippers and carriers to manage schedules
-
Track and report shipment status to customers
Requirements/Skills:
-
Previous experience in the third-party logistics industry is highly preferred but not required.

High school degree or higher required.

Applicant must possess basic computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).

PAKISTAN LOAD TRACKING REP
Location: Lahore, Pakistan
Key Responsibilities:

Getting location updates by contacting drivers/dispatchers

Encouraging carriers to use 3rd party tracking applications

Receiving carrier advance requests
-
Work closely with Carrier Reps and Account Executives to resolve issues during transit of loads

Completing workflow from shared inboxes
Requirements/Skills:

Strong/Native English communication skills (written, verbal)

Bachelor’s Degree required.

Previous Experience with a US/Canadian company is a plus

Previous Experience in Logistics is a plus

US CUSTOMER OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
Location: Brentwood, TN
Key Responsibilities:

Schedule appointments for pick-up and delivery with appropriate transit time

Communicate with customers on issues pertaining to on time delivery

Update multiple platforms with information regarding shipments

Ensure customer KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) are executed

Monitor tender acceptance and customer scorecards

Work in unison with coverage team to ensure loads ship as scheduled

Account Manager
Location: Brentwood, TN
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and grow relationships with customer contacts.

Collaborate with internal teams -including our carrier teams, customer operations and sales.

Work with sales and customer operations teams to develop a strategy for how company will execute for your book of business.

Grow and evolve market knowledge for quoting customers on Ad Hoc business opportunities.

Ensure customer is serviced up to expectations agree upon with Sales and Operations teams.
Requirements/Skills:

18 months of third-party logistics experience.

Experience with pricing for external customers (spot market, RFP’s).

Proven track record of managing and executing a book of business.

Ability to work across multiple departments in a collaborative manner.
