Sage Freight is excited to be a leader of change in the logistics business not only in how our business operates but also in technology. Looking to the future, in early 2023 Sage Freight will release our new technology management system, Galileo. This new system will change the way we work as a team but more importantly prioritize support for our shippers, carriers and brokers.

In the meantime we will be using EZLoader as our technology management system.

WHAT WILL GALILEO CHANGE?

INTEGRATION

Galileo integrates our offshore team in real-time to improve operational processes, enhance transaction time, and heighten data accuracy.

AUTOMATION

Ties in RPA (robot process automation) to improve the speed at which our team members operate and removes the menial activity by:

Reducing team member touches.

Improving carrier experience, load selection, and speed of match notification.

Enhancing customer experience through improved acceptance.

Increasing revenue and margin per person.

PRIORITIZATION

Galileo is divided into two sections:

Customer Resource Module (DaVinci)

Transportation Management System (Newton).

Allowing us to focus on steering team members by role and is wrapped around a task system. The task system then embeds algorithms to prioritize the next steps with a sales-driven interface to assign “next steps'' to team members.

COMMUNICATION

Utilizes systems to combine three types of brokerage (voice, lane, digital) to capitalize the value of each method with the preferred communication style of the carrier.
